Very good location. Beach is 5 min walk and Mundeal supermarket is next to the hotel. Staff is polite and friendly. Locality is safe. Breakfast was quite good!.
Excellent breakfast buffet with delicious coffee (which is quite important to me). Friendly staff and great location close to restaurants, beach, etc.

I liked the staff´s kindness, the localization (close to the beach, restaurants, gas station and market), the fresh fruits at the breakfast, the bedroom size and the schedule flexibility. I had no problem with my belongings.
Access to main road and reasonable price. Staff very friendly and
helpful. Easy to reach.
Only 1 person at the reception spoke english. Of course she couldn't be at the desk 24 hours, so we had trouble communicating some times.
Quite noisy when windows were opened (but I knew that prior to booking) the room. Unfortunately, the reception missed to forward a message to me in a timely manner and only contacted me at 11 p.m. while I was asleep to tell me that my uncle has dropped something off for me earlier. The reception apologized, but the communication could be improved.
Dated decor and quite basic provision in the room. Expected a higher
standard for the money. No drawers and very limited wardrobe space.
The bathroom was not that clean when we arrived (spots on the box, dirty window) and the bedroom smelled tobacco.
The hotel should improve the number of employee at the breakfast because the food keep running out at all time but however the food was good.
Outdated with rooms that do not meet today traveller's expectation.
Congestion on the roads is constant and hard to get to your meetings on
time unless you plan accordingly.
