We both enjoyed our stay in this hotel.All the facilities were excellent and more are nearing completion. Swimming pool,gym, bowling and kids club.Also our room and eating facilities were excellent. A big plus for us was the excellent service provided by Vinicius Rentz of Yes Tourism Office located in the hotel. Hotel looking nice,new, big and comfortable, so much facilities for kids and adults. They construct spa now, so will be much better later. Good restaurant for dinner with nice design.
all reviews » The hotel offers many facilities for entertaiment and relax! Very good own disco club, large pool with whirlpool, bowling, excellent gym. Amazing breakfast!. Having to pay for WiFi in a 4 star hotel. Because the major tourist attraction is the Iguacu Falls the availability of FREE cloths drying facilities in the hotel would be a bonus. No free wi-fi, a bit far from waterfalls. Paying for wifi. very expencive :-(. The food should be improved and all the linens/ blankets / pillows / mattressess are of poor quality and need to be improved. I had very bad nights there. The only thing I didn't like was that they would charge for internet plus the price if you need to buy an internet pass. Hot tub. This is a luxury hotel and I don't think that we need to pay for Internet. to pay for the internet. Lot´s of people at the Dinning Room, and a litle bir noisy. I didn't like the fact you need to pay extra for Internet which wasn't working very well and you couldn't log in from different spots and different devices. As for such a good hotel is like going back to medieval times. We booked a luxury double room, but it seems all rooms are the same. Knowing that I would not pay the price difference. The hotel is too far away from the main atractions like waterfal and birdpark. It is too expensive considering location and facilties.
