The hotel is a perfect boutique property. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. The whole property is in excellent condition. Staff are very good although English is not spoken by everyone. Sebastian the concierge is probably the best we have ever met. He arranged a great boat trip and advised us on many other places we were travelling. Restaurant food is first class. Altogether a 5star hotel.

Excellent location overlooking the sea, great breakfast and the attention to detail is fantastic. We also used the spa and jacuzzi and the yoga class and these were all great too. I would highly recommend staying at Casas Brancas and try and get a sea view room as it is worth every penny. The hotel itself was in a beautiful setting with fantastic views. But the views are amazing and the beach club is 5 mins in a taxi. The bathroom was slightly below standard for a 5 star hotel. Nothing!. nothing. nothing to dislike....!. that the spa not was upen in the morning. it was upen after 2o'clock. the massage too. Slow wifi. nothing. The cost ofthis hotel for European standards was exorbetently high. Also, the activities manager was proposing options for diving that were well in excess of the market prices availablein the village beneath the hotel. It wul be useful if the hotel could arrange a reasonabl priced transfer from and to the airport in Rio. Our room (14) Was a head ache, we needed to change rooms, and suffered for three days floodings....
