Great family run boutique hotel. On arrival the owners greeted us with a nice warm welcome. Tastefully decorated, very spacious apartment which was well equipped. Friendly helpful staff. Easy walking distance into the old town. Expensive, but good value for money. Everything was of a very high standard. A quiet location but within easy walking distance of Sarajevo Old Town. Very helpful and pleasant staff; it was like staying in someone's (beautiful) house with all the convenieces of a luxury hotel. We had a massive room with a tiny bathroom!) which most hotels would have made into four regular rooms.

The street the hotel is on looks daunting, but the hotel itself was our sanctuary. I liked everything.The room was lovely and light-filled which is not so good for a sleep-in!. Building site next door.It was cold and uncomfortable downstairs for breakfast. No transportation to and from the airport. The garage. They were cleaning my room, although I asked not to do that. Disgusting smell from the shower tubes - if you decide to have shower with jacuzzi tubes, then you should clean and disinfect it from time to time. Overpriced minibar.
