I cannot rave enough about this hotel! Exceptional value for money! The staff were superb and couldn't help us enough. We recieved drinks on arrival and breakfast was always delicious. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and there shower had enough hot water for three of us to use. The air con was free to use. There was a terrace area with chairs/tables and sun loungers. The hotel was seconds away from the old bridge (stari most) and opposite iHouse T.
all reviews » The Motel Emen was just wonderful. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a large terrace, where we could do work and relax if we needed. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious - not to mention the other meals the hotel provided. The service was incredible and this hotel is situated very close to the Mostar Bridge, right in the heart of all of the action. This was a great place and the staff made us feel right at home. I would recommend it to anyone. Staff is the best ever! As soon we came in the lady offered us a welcome drink, on next day a delicious baklava. Hospitality is amazing and they will do anything to make you feel good! They also arranged a transfer to us going to Split on last day. The rooms and whole hotel is brand new. Location is perfect, inside the old town! I would deffinitly recomend this place to anybody travelling to Mostar!. We were hot and exhausted when we arrived at Hotel Emen. Everything was fantastic!. Nothing! Everything was perfect!. Hotel was hard to find, we didn't know it was in a no traffic street. Bed had firm mattress.. There was no wall bracket for the shower head. Extremely difficult to find GPS does not recognize all streets needs more detail on website to guide people to motel as it is on cobble stone street in pedestrian area some limited parking nearby. Credit card would not work, which is strange, but I had noticed this elsewhere in BiH. Parking nearby is difficult, room in 2nd floor with narrow stairs to the 1st floor. I ordered a double bed, and there were a 2bed put together.
