Great location on the main city square. Nicely designed lobby. The room was very spacious, light and modern feeling. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large and had plenty of counter space. The shower- once we figured out how to work it- was hot and had great water pressure. The personal was really friendly and helpfull. I liked a lot that it was located at a main place where you can go shopping or eat some stuff. The rooms were really clean and wiith a nice design.

The hotel was very nice, especially for Bolivia. We enjoyed our short stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and dinner on the roof was very enjoyable. Beds are super comfortable. The showers are probably the best ones in Bolivia. Breakfast was really good. Good clean rooms with a lot of space. Good buffet breakfast. Nicely situated near the plaza. Central Location Clean Rooms Friendly Staff For Bolivia, it has very good facilities. Quality and great location. location on the central square / spacious rooms. Although it was after 2pm when we checked in, our room wasn't ready. We were asked to wait and were offered bottles of water... But then we ended up having to pay for them! This just seemed unprofessional. The view out of our window was an interior "garden" with rocks and a single tree trunk visible against the next wall- kind of depressing. The top floor restaurant and pool area were under contsruction, which we didn't know when we booked. It was not possible to heat the jacuzzi. I was not happy with the gym. The treadmill was not working. They need to upgrade their gym equipment. There was some confusion with my reservation. I had booked for two nights. When I checked in the registration was recorded for one night at $20 more per night. I had to change rooms the next day because the room I had been given was reserved for three weeks. They adjusted the rate, but I never did understand the difference between the room I was in and the one I was moved into. Through it all the staff was very helpful. The service at the Terrace restaurant really sucks. We were waiting for an hour and the staff succeeded at ignoring us. Neither the drinks nor the food we ordered ever arrived... Finally, we just left. As we were leaving the staff didn't even apologize. Very, very poor service. Due to the location it can be a little noisy in the evening. unfriendly reception / cannot be considered a boutique hotel. The floor rooms was very old and dirty, smok bad smell, the rooms was very noise, I had a problem with my charge, they made double charge. It was very dificult for resolve.
