It's amazing value in generally overpriced Santa Cruz where most places are totally run down and old. This hotel is brand new with great appliances, silent and modern a/c and most importantly high quality orthopaedic mattresses you usually find in hotels like Westin or Hilton. It's situated in one of the best neighbourhoods in the city, green, quiet and safe. Management is always accommodating and trying to go towards guests needs, attitude extremely rare in this country. 11/10 - this place roc.
all reviews » This is one of the best options in Santa cruz and one of the best areas to stay. Apartmentsa are very spacious,comfortable and have everything you need. The supermarket is just one block.Staff is nice and helpful.There is also a taxi always near the place,though it is a bit overpriced,it is much safer than to take a taxi in the street. The best apartment is on the last floor with a huge terrace and awesome view. Staff was outstanding - treated us like family! Neighborhood was safe and had a very good grocery store right around the corner. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Santa Cruz. Located in a very nice and safe area. Also only one block to a really good mini/supermarket and cash machines. The staff are great. Very helpful in making contact with transportation from the airport to the hotel. The kitchen facilities and the convenience that the hotel is close to a grocery store. It's good when you're stopping over in and out of the city and just want a quiet place to stay for the night. Nice spacious and quiet on the 4th floor where the apartment (4b) has a large terrace...only good for 2 people...good maid service daily .. helpful staff. The room was nice. The tv was modern. Great infrastructure. Internet could be better, but this is not the fault of the hotel, it's a national thing, internet sucks in this country. nothing. Nothing!. Not a problem for us but there isn't a lift. The kitchen equipment was quite limited. It's annoying to have to ask for everything, from toilet paper to matches. Be careful, they will try to overcharge you. Stick to the price offered on Booking. The taxis the hotel works with will try to overcharge you as well, again, stick to the normal rate (60 Bs to and from the airport). No lift..no hot tap in kitchen (common in Bolivia)...location is a long way out from city centre but in a quiet leafy area with supermarket very close. No restaurant. The staff was average. Wifi was terrible, very slow. Hotel was out of the way. As usual, the costumer service you get in Bolivia isn't generally the best. This hotel was no different. I wouldn't recommend staying in a room facing the street.
