Almost perfect familiar guesthouse. Very personal treatment form staff. Good breakfast. It has traditional tecnologies for protection from cold and noise. Very clean. Good bed, good shower. Heaters work very well. It is in the same place where is a cafeteria, a restaurant and a tourist office, very appropriate. Excelent localization, in the heart of city center. Very good for the price. Overall this place was clean, super comfortable, the staff was awesome and helpful. Since it is in the middle of everything and has tons of facilities right in the building, you cannot go wrong. It is simple, but has everything you need. I would stay here anytime.

The staff were so helpful regarding things both inside and outside the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the colonial style of the hotel. We loved the location, so much within walking distance. very well located in the heart of La Paz. Nice enclosed patio where one can relax, read or meet friends. Two OK restaurants within enclosure. Reasonable price. Good comfort and very agreeable personnel. Room was big and comfortable, shower was hot, breakfast was good, location was excellent, restaurant in courtyard was brillant. We arrived at 2:00am in the morning and got our room. We also could leave our big luggages when went to Titicaca for one day. Since we stopped 2 times in this hostel, the 2nd time I didn't like the room and asked it to be changed. I had my new room ready in half an hour. great location, clean rooms and ok breakfast, would recommend. Location. It was all good my firends. Nothing. Hard to communicate well with personnel if one does not speak spanish. The shower flooded the bathroom everytime we used it and there was a panel missing from the glass in the door meaning anyone could let themself in. There was a lack of privacy, as the only window you have faces the interior of the hostel. So in the morning there is lots of noise and light in the room (bad curtains). nothing. The hotel dosen't accet credit card, one have to pay in bolivians or dollars in cash, though it is very normal in all bolivia. hostal was behind a university and was very loud when they through a party, not sure if this happened alot or just on our visit.
