The staff was very helpful with arranging tours outside of La Paz, Bolivia and with recommending restaurants while in the city. Friendly staff, adequate breakfast, good internet connection. the room was clean and quiet. The offer a very good lunch buffet for a good value. The housekeeping did not ensure we had toilet paper. Also, the towels were little worn. Last, the toaster at breakfast bar did not work well.
