Lets start with the staff.. Very congenial, warm and professional. They would fit in any great American hotel. The faculties were beautiful and gave us an amazing view of the lake. Great place to rekindle the romantic flame. The food was great! Order the llama medallions and quinoa. I have been to the great restaurants in France and this meal would rival all of them. Don't forget their amazing Bolivian wines.
all reviews » Traveling from Cusco to La Paz, a stay at Copacabana comes natural. The hotel is easily accessible, on the beach of Lago Titicaca, close to the place where the boats leave to the islands in the Lago. The reception was very helpful in organizing WiFi, the room was very nice and agreeable, with a great view, the restaurant is recommendable. Parking is ample and safe. The hotel room had an amazing view of the titicaca lake. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The facilities were new and modern. It was possible to have a view of the lake while in the bath tube! Free wi-fi also available and a good breakfast. Staff was helpful and kind. Large spacious well appointed rooms, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, great views of Lake Titicaca, beautiful sunsets. Great place to unwind. Nice grounds to sit out in. Nice indoor sitting area with tea available at all times. This hotel was beautiful both within the rooms and next to Lake Titicaca. The decor matched the Incan culture and everything from the down comforter to the furniture and breakfast was luxurious. Absolutely loved this hotel!!!. The staff were helpful, friendly and informative. The room was big and luxurious overlooking the Lake. We got the actual room we requested. The restaurant food was excellent. The hotel's restaurant was fabulous. almost everything!!!!The view from the windows...room´s decoration....extremely cozy!!. It was close to the beach, we had a beautiful view from our balcony. The view, the meals, the staff, the service, everything. The coca tea service in the lobby was lame. Cheap and brings the whole atmosphere down a notch. The doubles doors in our room that open up to the lake were warped and didn't close properly. The sink in the bathroom was poorly designed and flooded the bathroom counter. It is two blocks far from the main street and the entrance of the hotel is located in the upper side of the street. I wish there was an entrance from the lower part of the terrain. Restaurent lacked atmosphere in the evening as only 3 other diners. I had altitude sickness :( but the hotel offers oxygen for a small fee... Which I needed!. It would have been really useful to have a fridge in the room and a shame that WiFi was only available in the reception/ lounge area. N/A. No elevator...Hot water was not working well at night!!!. Housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning he bathroom. Nothing!.
