The proximity to the airport is of course excellent.The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.I would prefer it if the hotel had a few ice dispensers around. Not bad for a quick overnight at the airport - quite comfortable and finally - an iron iron the room!. Wouldn't recommend as a vacation destination.Location......excellence service. I highly recommend the hotel as a departure point from Brussels.

The half-door for the shower isn't practical; it's impossible not to have some water leak onto the bathroom floor with such a design. The shower was fixed on the wall, difficult for small kids to take shower. Also the shower curtain (plastic board style) was not big enough, so water spilled out of the bathtub. The fridge was unable to open.I stayed less than 12 hours, it is hard to make a fair statement. For the same reason I make no selection where I would select "Do not know". At the restaurant they billed us for a glass of wine (28 Euro) and a bottle of water (4.22 Euro) which we did not order - or receive. The room liquor chest had an empty bottle of champagne (42 Euro) which was already charged to our room bill and which we would have paid if my wife had not been smart enough to take the empty bottle down to show them and get the charge removed.Pricey -- for people who pay with their own money, not with their company's. I found it shocking not to have free internet access in a hotel of this price range. 1. personnel in restaurant substandard 2. value for money: of course ones pays more because it is so close to the airport.... public space for one-on-one meetings not as good as before. Site under construction. I thought 24 EUR for a day of internet access was a bit high. we wanted king size bed and had two small - were awaken for cleaning up the room at 9 o clock !!!!!. The lobby was being decorated so not possible to use. The coffee makerdidn't work in my room. At 25 euro the price of breakfast was extortate. Maitenence, a couple of systems in the room didn't work. The hotel staff did not reflect the friendliness one would expect of a 5 star hotel. Very high breakfast price. The tavern was a disaster. Waiters were speaking in cellphone and pointed out tables to ask each other where so serv what. Guests were waiting much to long. Price!. I stayed there last November for $149/night. This time, June 4, $239 - basically the same room. Hotel can be recommended for its location close to the terminal, but this time I found it to be overpricing the convenience of its airport proximity.No tea/coffee making facilities in room. the direct passage from airport to hotel was closed at 00:30 a.m. and no clear signs were visible. far too expencive, breakfast not included. A room furniture is a bit old. for early checkin they ask 40 EUR!. Rather poor A/C and air cleaning system. Why TV sets are packed in cupboards? Easy to watch TV only from bed! Complimentary bottle of water is too small! I had double room but only one 250ml bottle was provided. I do not think that water in Europe is more expensive than in Asia or Africa!. The price was outrageous for the services available. We had 2 rooms, the badroom was extremely old and really durty. In factunacceptable. A great need of renavation!!!. Very limited facilities and restaurant.
