Hotel information details

Fitness, relaxation and Thermal treatments. The hotel provides a fitness area with sauna and Turkish bath and is directly connected to the brand new Thermal Centre by funicular and costs 17 EUR. The treatments range from traditional therapies to specialised individual designed programs, such as Niagara baths, Thermal showers, peat body packs and massages.

Important information to guests

Please note that due to maintenance, the Wellness facilities will not be available from the 4th to the 10th of June 2018 included. Please note that guests are required to show a credit card on their arrival. The details of this card must match the ones of the reservation's holder. In case of advance payment required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must be in the name of guest and presented at time of check in. Following the Belgium Alert level 3 maintained, local authorities ask us to make copy of each guest's ID card or passport. Access to Les Thermes de Spa and treatments are available with supplement. Please book in advance to ensure spa treatment availability. Children over 6 are allowed in the spa. In order to guarantee availability in the Brasserie, guests are advised to reserve a table in advance.

The new Radisson SAS Palace Hotel is situated on the Place Royal in the Spa city centre, next to Spa tourist office, Sept Heures Park and the Casino. The new thermal spa centre farther up the hill will be directly linked to the hotel. The hotel is easily accessible by car and within 10 minutes walking distance from the central railway station
