Reception is very welcoming and breakfast room is light and modern with fantastic view of the marina. The staff are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble. Good central position, and marina view, with excellent staff, andbeautiful breakfast. Could not ask for more.Staff are always more than helpful. Perhaps the lack of tea making facilities in the room? Although we wereprepared for this and took our own with us!. No toilet in the sauna suite. No offer of Full English Breakfast but this was known before visit.. It would be great if the rooms could have tea/coffee making facilites in the rooms. car park could have been cheaper. The rooms wher very nice but lacked air conditioning .During ous stay it was very warm and we left the windows open but this became very noisy as the hotelis on a main street. room decor becoming tired. bathroom needed smartening up. No air conditioning in room- it was hot and humid and difficult to sleep in. The room was comfortable but near a busy street, so a fair amount of noise from passers by.Too hot in the room and in the breakfast restaurant. Small lift.
