Fabulous building, beautifully decorated rooms, personalised service,great breakfast and complimentary late check out. the price and the convenience. Sweet little ambiance hotel. The rooms are really great value for the money, ideal for short stay. Very nice restaurant.nice window view, excellent prices, remarkable restaurant. The staff is available and kind. There is free internet connection available. It is in a nice location.

To him, I say thank you again. The room was clean and confortable.Every day we had clean towels, empty bin, the staff made our beds. Weenjoyed the "czech orion" tv :) , also the hotel overlooked the nearbycathedral, which was great! The staff were very friendly and it was agood value for the money. The rooms were nice and clean, new woodenfloors, clean bathrooms, air-conditioning... We enjoyed the stay. We had the cheapest room and it was large and clean.Good location. Great view. There was a big hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. Too much noise with the doors when were closed.Too far from center.They only forgot to clean the inside of the wardrobe... Very small and old elevator and it can lift only till 4th floor and we had our room on the 5th. We were lucky we hadn't baggage. The hotel is far from the city center.Room smelt of smoke. Overpriced breakfast. noise from street in early morning. It's not in the city center (but is close to a metro st. in a very nice zone), breakfast could be better. room without a bathroom is not acceptible. The toilets are outside the room, while inside the room is a bath and shower. Lazy guests urinate in the bath rather than going to the toilet, so the room and especially the bath smells of urine. One of the staff members at the hotel tried to over charge us for a bus trip to amsterdam more than doube the actual price. quite a pity cos the rest of the staff were very helpful. The hotel is located away from shops and restaurants, therefore your choices are limited. WiFi is not working all the time, reception unable to help (we'll see, perhaps tomorrow we will get it back to work). A little bit dark in the bathroom (room 6) for proper shaving.It was quite a long walking way from the centre(30 min. and not 15 as mentioned). small reception. The bar and restaurant was a smoking area... there is no many shops nearby ,the closest supermarket and metro is 5 ~10min walk distance. Small room (but on another stay at this hotel I had a wonderful big room), windows didn't isolate very well, wireless internet didn't work on the first day, breakfast is not included and quite expensive. The room smelled heavily after cigarette smoke, we thought opening the window would help but it didn't. Eeverything was soaked with that smell, the sheets, the curtains....I couldn't sleep because of that. And it was supposed to be a non-smoking room....Worst beer in Brussels!. Although the hotel was rather clean, the bed had a lot of dust on it and both my husband and I were very itchy throughout the night...too many noises. small room. 8.50 euros for breakfast. no smile from the staff / welcome feeling. the bed is rather inconvenient, hollow in the middle. no curtain for the bathtub. the floor, and the mattress and bed sheets are not too clean, therefore, the room seems uncomfortable beacuse the bed is not clean...60 euros without breakfast is a bit too expensive in my point...takes 10 minute walk to get to nearest metro. We Booked 4 rooms One was sub standard Big hole in ceiling The roomStank of smoke And Lots of dust.
