What people say
B&B Vincent V was decorated with impeccable taste, felt more like someone's home than a hotel. It was also spotlessly clean, the bedding was extremely comfortable/good quality. The owners were friendly and as a bonus guests are served breakfast at the posh tea room they own across the street. The location is great, in Brussels' Matonge district, which is full of Congolese shops and decent brasseries and restaurants. all reviews »
The rooms are incredible clean, spacious and beautiful.
The location is not so far away from the metro and have nice areas with good restaurants.
The breakfast is amazing with fresh bread, press juice and coffee. Great way to begin your day with that incredible breakfast. The owners are so helpful and offer a outstanding service.
This may have been the cleanest place I've ever stayed! Beautiful, but small (by American standards) rooms. Private bathroom with a great shower. Lovely artwork throughout the halls and room. Breakfast at Maison Renardy (same owners) is kitty corner across the street and was amazing!.
Very clean and cozy. Very good quality amenities (shampoo and shower gel). Nice hairdryer. This was the first time I stayed at B&B style place and I really loved it!.
The unique experience and the very special breakfast, which is offered in a bar cross the Street owned by the same people.
The place is as good as any 4 star hotel in any country capital. The furniture and furnishing make you feel special.
Very clean in a central location. Excellent breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. look forward to going back.
Very nice room with style; clean; comfortable bed; exquisite and delicious breakfast in the café opposite.
Great breakfast, with a personal touch. Feels like a hidden treasure.
Walkable from eu district.
Nice Clean place close to my working location, nice staff, friendly and very accomodating.
Perfect if you have business in the European area.
Calm and clean, very nice and polite staff.
Elegant, friendly, cosy and clean.
Beautiful room.
Very nice room, clean, easy wifi access, quiet.
The wifi connection was down when I stayed there, which was frustrating as it was a business trip, but the owner said it was a one-off problem and they were getting it fixed that day.
The street is a bit noisy, and is not such a nice street, but other than that everything is fine.
No elevator.
No refrigerator in the room.
There's nobody there! You need to know that they run the cafe at the end of the street and you should go there first.
Nothing major - just two points: had to phone to call someone to open on arrival; Water for showers was not hot enough.
The arrival and departure procedures could be improved since as guest one stands in front of locked doors. Calling the designated number reaches only an answering machine. But after leaving a message the owner comes quickly.
Not clear instructions for check in on the website. (Link with bakery
should be added).
The surrounding area which the B&B obviously cannot do anything about, but you would not expect such a standard could be found based on the viewing of the surrounding area.
Location; missing information on connection from/to the airport
Brussels map also missing.
No reception and no working door bell, so you have to call the B&B-owner to get in (no big deal though).
Traffic noise. Area is working class, mixed use with renovations on nearby buildings underway.
very noisy street. An effort should be made on sound insulation.
The entrance to the B&B is not marked. Difficult to find how to get access.
