What people say
Amazing accomodation with super friendly owners. A big clean room in an
amazing old belgian house (wooden floors, big cupboards, nice decor
etc.) with a possibility to use a small kitchen and a fridge. The
breakfast included is not huge but made from very fresh products. Good
internet connection. You can easily reach a city centre with a bike -
it's quick and no costs, I loved it.
Nice and clean with helpful owner. Bikes available for guests to use. Local bus service to get to/from Bruges up until around 8.00pm, with night service buses back from town centre (last bus approx 10.30pm during week and around 2.00am weekends) - go to tourist information for timetable and 9 trip bus ticket cost 9 Euros.all reviews »
The owner was very nice and helpful. We could hear the train in the
evening but never at night. The room was very nice and comfortable. Even
if it's an old house, it was quiet and didn't hear the other
customer in the other room.
Very comfortable bedding good facilities. Rooms are neat and clean. Great that you can borrow bikes at no cost. Easy access to public transport. Great view of canal out the windows. Aground great experience .
Kept authentic quaint feeling, interesting decor, and beautiful view of garden. Host was very helpful without being too much in your business. Fixed nice breakfast of bread, jam, coffees, best value of trip!.
The owner was very friendly, and allowed free use of his personal bicycles to get around town. The house was very clean and well presented, and in an excellent location to walk/cycle into town with ease.
WE like this place as it was clean and very comfortable and in a great location bus stop close by to take you to town or you can walk it.Friendly welcome and nice breakfast.Would stay again.
The owner (Peter) was very laid back and so nice, excellent area and the free bikes are a fab idea, what a beautiful house in a beautiful place.
Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, well decorated. Beautiful terrace. Good place for relaxation after city sightseeing.
The B&B was in a great location. Very warm welcome..one of the best!!!! :-).
Nice apartment and better staff. Cheap and rural design.
Everything was excellent.
Comfortable bed..friendly staff.. Adequate breakfast.. Very dated WW2 decore..but quaint with lots of character.Very clean, quiet location..10 min walk into Brugge.Would stay there again.
We dont get why people complain about a poor breakfast, for the price we payed we were pleasantly surprised!.
value was good. Accommodation we received, was spacious.
would be good if bus info available at the b & b.
The city decided to only have one bus per hour going in that area from
the train station.
Heating was a bit temperamental and not always on.
Not walking distance to city center.
It's a little out of the way but we like to walk so it was perfect for us. The buses are hourly and every 2 hrs some days, so for some this may be a problem.
The price. £40 for one nights B/B (continental breakfast) I thought steep for such a basic nights kip.Although it's the going rate for a tourist trap such as Brugge.
The bed was small and a bit hard.
Private washroom was actually across a public hallway.
