The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were made to feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location is good - an easy 10 minute walk from the station and a pleasant 15 minute walk into town. Excellent selection at breakfast. Very comfortable room - the magical self-demisting mirror in the bathroom is an inspired touch!. Excellent service and staff. Great location near downtown. It is also a perfect place to stay at for events at Metropolis, because the tram station is very close and you dont need to transfer.

At breakfast time would of preferred orange juice to be readily available rather than keep on having to ask for another glass. The wine glasses were very small and they seemed to dissapear every day. The Belgium beer glasses made very good wine glasses.Coffee machine in the room!. I found it a bit depressing to find that many doors to rooms at my floor stayed open..Bed was quite bad, far too soft; room was supposed to be non-smoking but had ashtray in it and smelled like people usually smoke in there if they want to (and as if what makes it a non-smoking room is the fact that I don't want to smoke in there).

Take tram 2 in the direction of Hoboken, tram 6 in the direction of Olympiade or tram 15 in the direction of Mortsel.
