  When WiFi didn't work in the first apartment we were moved to the another without any problems. And second apartment looked better. The staff is friendly. Location near metro (both apartments).   Both the apartment and the location of it were perfect. Right in the centre of the busiest streets of Minsk. The quality and standards gives a huge advantage compared to same price category hotel. Also many cafe's around where you can get a nice breakfast. For example T.G.I. Friday's is only 200 meters away and staff speaks English there if you do... what people say » n't know Russian.
