  My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, staff was very helpful and friendly and surpassed all our expectations. Really appreciated the assistance from the receptionist at the Executive Lounge who helped us with many things including a late check out. Great facilities and we got a chance to enjoy most of it.... what people say » - The hotel was great but the staff really MADE the trip for us. We loved the staff, especially Anika, Christopher and Shawn, who each went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and valued. If possible, get a room with access to the hospitality room - Anika and the staff there always had big smiles and great conversion.

  The Palm Garden Hotel was fantastic. First and foremost, the very best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every one that I met was very friendly and helpful. The manager was able to haggle a snorkel tour company into giving us free transportation to and from their launching point. And the woman in charge of the bar, Debbie, is a wonderful character that will entertain - It was our first time in Barbados, what a beautiful island! We had a really good time at the Hotel, the staff helped us a lot with a car accident that we had and recommend us a lot of activities to do. We're coming back next week to the hotel for 1 more day because we felt very comfortable.
