The hotel and room design, the view, the staff. All facilities are close by. The pool and private beach are just excellent. The airport pick-up service was very efficiently handled. Minor problems of poor levels of illumination in entrance area of rooms by wardrobes when selecting clothes and operating personal security safe.I wish to find a shuttle bus to transfer the customers to different places like city centre, al-saif mall, museum of bahrain , amusement parks since it is sometimes difficult to go to these places and taxis are ver expensive and to use private car is difficult since we do not know the city. tv channel i hope to ad the gulf channle. the reception staff were not enough thats why they don't give full attention to the customer, they were too late in delivering our bags to room, they are closing the main gate unless we show them that we are staying in the hotel then they open the gate, no complementary fruit or chocolate in the room. The price/room/night...Minibar was empty. Normally the hotels I stay at have a well stocked Minibar and the recording of usage is automatic. Night entertainment. The only bar/lounch was inbearable to stay in due to loud 'bird song' style keyboard music.hotel is very large and the stuff is not enaf. noisy every time.Room service never answer or late , also there is no activitiesafter 8 pm. nothing, mabye price was expensive. I stayed in a room with bad view (Air condition FANS ! ). I mean there are some rooms with bad views. Internet very expinsev and very slow, Furnature is very cheap, no carpet (only small carpets), black ants every where in the room and in the bathroom whichcan be dengerouse for kids. personaly i do not like hotels where the rooms are opening to the outside without closed coridors.I requested transportation from the airport to hotel but no my name in the list, good luck i printed the e-mail as evidence. If i was not print my e-mail, I don't know how they do or leave me at the airport. Actually they should do something better than requested evidence from me. The rooms are quite noisy, speciall on the Ground Floor. On the first night we stayed in a room close to the Moroccan Restaurant (which was open till 2am in the morning) which was very noice from the visitors and the music.unfriendly and unwellcoming staff.
