stuff very friendly and helpful, personal drivers were brilliant, room - i wasn't expected to get this kind of room for the money i have paid, very pleased. everything was pefect. location little bit far away from city centre, not big choice on breakfast, got bored after one week. Bad welcoming,our room was not ready at the chekin time,we had to take another room,staff need improvement.
