Talk about feeling welcome. When we arrived Nicole the manager gave us the grand tour of their facility. They've got a pool table, up scale restaurant, and the view is to die for. The rooms were HUGE, complete with your own personal sauna (we had the upgraded suite). Excellent food, "Free style" concept by Thomas.Big smile all the time from Nicole. Beautifull view from balkony at the lake and Shmitenhohe, main activity center. Nice little town, with big heart crew at Der Sonnberg Hotel.

This suite is really perfect and has anything you can wish, even a private sauna and panorama terrace. Customer service was supreme. Rooms were spacious and the view was fantastic. The restaurant was tasty and not over priced.i like service, staff, and vew of the hotel. the position, the rooms but most of all Nicole and Thomas, that is services and food and generally all the personel. The only thing I didn't like was the road to the hotel. It was very narrow and windy with a bunch of blind curves. However, if you're not driving to the hotel this shouldn't be a problem.1)The Breakfast (need philadelphia cheese, ready fried eggs, pancakes) 2)The hotel was far away from down town ,so if you have many members - more than 4- the transportation will be expensive to go and come form the down town 15 Euro for one way for 7 min trip , although the hotel has offered to drive us to the down town, but the offered hotel car max 6 persons. 3) No English or Arabic TV channel. You'll need a GPS to find the hotel as you wind your way around hairpin turns up the mountain.The road to the hotel. only the stay was too short. It was difficult to find the hotel location up in the mountain. You need a car as taxis are not available at the hotel and are expensive. Waking time to center is 25minutes.The breakfast should include different kind of eggs with no additional charge. needs shatel bus-care about cleanliness of breakfast too much fly- care about panorama suite for puting ambrella in balacon.
