Hotel was completely refurbished so everything was new and in perfect condition. Staff was extremely friendly. Location to Spanish Riding School, Imperial Palace and shopping district. Rooms are very large for European standards and have a very nice modern feel to it. Quiet rooms also. very spacoius and clean room, suprisingly very calm even if in the center of the city. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. Very nice location.

So recommend going to the Central Cafe - 2mins walk away. No hooks in the bathroom for towels - only one towel rack, barely accessible. Not a major issue, but it made keeping the bathroom tidy challenging.availability of spa services, not as advertised - sauna only available after 4pm. bar staff service needs to be improved. There is something cold about the hotel but i don't really know what it is.Perhaps it needs some time to "settle". they fail to book ordered massages. Although mentioned that spa "is open daily from 6.30 am to 10 pm", it opens at 14h00. phones was not functioning. The rooms varied in temperature and one room had someone's used razor, toothbrush and drink in on arrival. One room was noisy - faulty smoke alarm or something similar. The room seems like the housekeeper never use the cleaner.The room service and the restaurant were both over-priced and the portions were tiny. The restaurant waiter suggested the most expensive bottle on the wine list - a typical indication of a tourist trap. Major dispute at cost of local calls 1.50€ per minute!!! Manager has promised to investigate ...The staff seems to be unexperienced and unhelpful and the guy at the reception desk was rough and patronize, he made the check in and check out process an unpleasant experience. And there's nothing in the minibar except drinks. It seems that all beds in the hotel, even if king size beds, are made of two matrasses, which is not as comfortable. The stuff was not very helpful when we missed the breakfast and asked for the place (cafe to have some breakfast), they started to propose their room servie instead of saying that there was one nice cafe next to the hotel (which was in fact).Breakfast was OK but quality of 'a la cart' restaurant service was terrible.Rooms are small for 5-star hotel. the rooms were cold. we had to ask for bathrobes andslippers+ they didnt have q-tips nor harder pillows . the floors had a strange smell not very bothering but not nice either . it was like a hotel in business center area . without a soul .. things were ok. but not perfect. Only one computer available in the lobby which was constantly being used by young children playing online computer games. The décor is painfully grotesque and modern, not what we like and out of context for the area but if you like that sort of place then it won’t make you ill. We arrived in late and ordered room service, it was very expensive and the food awful. It no 5 stars hotel. May be 3 or maximum 4 stars, Too small room andvery bad housekeeping.
