Underground / metro stop right across the street (Meidling Hauptstraße) 5 stops to Karlplatz (center) every 3-5 min., U4 famous nigthclub 3' min walk, Schönbrunn Palace and Zoo very close also. Amazing breakfast buffet (japanese food available!). Beds very comfortable 3 feather pillows per person. Pool available, lukewarm water. Intelligent staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Sleep in comfort, very nice bed and bed-clothes. Very helpful staff.

After that everything was ok. Room not ready on time even though we made reservations days before. Got to the reception: "please wait 1/2 hrs or so" - gave us 1 (one) voucher for the bar as an excuse... considering the room was for 2... Carpet worn out in room. The exit ticket for the garage did not work - had to back up the car, return to lobby, get new ticket, etc. No welcome cocktail even though the reservation promised one. Poor location - away from city centre , lots of traffic noise and strip joints to contend with. Inside, typical, tastelessly bland chain hotel. My room was supposedly a'deluxe' room - I should hate to see a 'standard'. Mine has dirty stained carpet, broken blinds and generally tacky furnishing. Shockingly bad value overall - most notably the extortionate charge of 23 Euros for a breakfast worth at the most 6-8 Euros. An alltogether awful experience - I will avoid this chain in future.
