Very friendly staff AWESOME location, just a 5 minute walk from Prater and a 3 minute walk to the subway, you could be in the city center in under 10 minutes. Very good price When there were no spots in the garage they were still able to give me a parking card for the road side. The Hotel Praterstern was within walking distance to the train depot. About 4 city blocks. Nice when you are getting in late like we did. The unit we had was somewhat small but extremely comfortable and very clean. Very nice overall!.
all reviews » It was a good choice for staying just for 2 nights. The hotel is located 5 min walk from Praterstern station so we could easily get to any place in the city and to the airport. The rooms have been recently renovated, light and clean. Very good hotel location, walking distance to the city center. Room for 4 people was big, clean bathroom. The hotel elevator was installed. You can eat a good breakfast on the internal patio. Service was helpful and hotel miles. - very good location for entertainment (near Prater); - convenient transport (near underground and airport train). The room was a bit cold, and half of the radiator was working, half not. Borrowing iron, turned out to be a challenge. Liked all. Credit cards not accepted. small room for 4 persons. Nothing. The door to the passage is too thin!. Quite old, the room is small, heating is bit good, cold in the evening, especially now is winter. no VISA, only cash breakfast quite poor for € 8. Walls made of paper (you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the rooms around you), corridors full of cigarette smoke (and since the doors are not insulated, the some comes in to the room), unfriendly staff. Bathroom, dirty ceiling. wifi only for fee 3 €. Did not get a chance to check out the hotel since I had a flat tire and got stuck in Carinthia. Called the hotel and explained that it is an unforeseen emergency type of situation but was still charged full rate of booking.. Other hotels typically agree to cancellation or partial charge in cases like this... very very unfreindly/unkindly personal.. please be careful, that you are not allowed to pay with credit card..!.
