What people say
We had the whole appartment for ourselves. Everything was clean and it
was warm and cozy. The lady was extra helpful. I can only recommend this
place and we will definitely come again. The position next to Westbahhof
is excellent. We loved our stay.
Convenient location
Facility for making tea / coffee.
bathtub, not just a shower, quiet location at the rear of the building, large "licing" area, but sparsely furnished, good wifi, tea facilites. all reviews »
Facility for making tea / coffee;
bath was clean, towels included; location near city centre.
I like that staff don't trouble me during period when I stay in hostel.
The room was clean.
The cleanliness.
If you don't speak at least baisc german, you may have some issues
in communication.
no lift
no air-conditioning
no TV.
condition of the shower, no real space in wardrobes to empty the suitcase.
condition of the shower, unprofessional staff, difficult to talk to (in engliish & german), pillow was dirty, towels too, no lift, no air-conditioning, no TV - but didn´t bother us; beds were really hard; no bed frame only two mats.
I didn't like staff. Wery unprofessional.
On the website it says the room came with a private bathroom, but it
didn'T. I booked a twin room and we were given a triple room but
told not to use the third bed in the room. The beds were very hard and
it was difficult to sleep. If you are looking for a hostel, this place
is okay and cheap for Vienna, but the description in letsbookhotel.com should
be more accurate.
The fact that you have to really search to find the hostel because there is only a small paper stating its name and the fact that the owner didn't speak english.
-I booked a room with breakfast, however, they said that no breakfast is available although I showed them the reservation.
-reception doesn't speak English..ONLY CHINESE AND DEUTSCH!!
