The room and bathroom were clean. Internet connection speed was very good. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was tasty with diverse variety of dishes to choose from. Pleasant atmosphere, polite guests, perfect for those who did not come to Vienna for "crazy fun" but need to do some job in Vienna and have no a lot of money. How the rooms and bathrooms are designed, the price and the view of our bedroom and also the breakfast.

U-Bahn is 6 - 8 minutes (walking) away, across a pedestrian bridge traversing rails and a water stream. The U-Bahn system in Vienna is efficient. From Hütteldorf it takes about 15 minutes to the center of Vienna. The Wienerwald hills are less than a kilometer away. The information desk markets a lock to secure the cabinet in the room. Very nice place in a quiet, green area, 6 min to U4 and then only around 15 min to Karlsplatz. Hietzing is also a charming residential district (in particular, many Art nouveau villas) with a few enclaves of good restaurants, cafés, Heurige... Cheap according to Vienna standards. А little bit more imagination in preparing breakfast. Three showers is not enough for one floor and a very important thing that you should consider is to put one plug per bed because nowadays we have a lot of electronic device that we must charge. It's noisy sometimes,yes it´s youth hostel:). the elevator must be worked on. also the check-out and check-in time interval must be reviewed. the food (lunch and supper) are expensive. The biggest problem was the only one socket for six beds... So if the room is full, you don't have enough sockets to recharge all the cell phones and cameras one has today. None. There is no towels no shampoo. The elevator was not working. location. Everything is fine considering the location and price!. It is a hostel... A very mass hostel, I would say, and a bit older one (comparing with the contemporary trend of new design hostels). Quite run down bathrooms and toilets. No ac in the rooms and towels given at 2.50 euros per towel. It was quite hot and there was no provision of even a fan on rent. Far from city centre but close to U Bahn. No wifi in the room. poor breacfast, far from the city center, absence of towels and another attributes of place for living. Price way too high Wifi was very poor Beds very small Parking was very tight & limited spaces.
