As we went to the Messe in Vienna, the place was perfect for it, we even went to it by feet and it took us about 20 minutes maximum. Also supermarkets to buy some food are in 5 minutes range by feet, same about restaurants, and just 15 minutes from the city centre by feet. It was easy to reach it also from the airport by train. Very nice surprise was that they gave us even bigger apartment as we booked, it was clean and comfortable, with enough strong WI-FI and with a very comfortable bed and p.
all reviews » Position: perfect. Even if we had a pushchair, we could easily reach two metro stations belonging to two different lines (Taborstrasse-U2, Nestroyplatz- U1) in a few minutes. We could also walk to Stephansplatz in less than half a hour (and it was a very nice walk), and the Prater park is really very close (less than 15min walking). A supermarket (Billa) is 50 m from the apartment. Very close to the inner city only a 10 minute walk & you are in amongst it, yet very quiet and safe. Very attentative staff that were so helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us and even sent us a follow up email after our stay which was very nice. Apartments well laid out and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious for 3 and had good amenities (Washer, heating, fully functioning kitchen, good sized shower / bathroom). It's close to public transport or a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Whilst staff are only there between 9-12 weekdays, the guest information book was full of useful information. Great location. Complete amenities for apartment needs. Staff, Aziz, provided fast feedback on online queries. Even Managing Director, Clemens Gal, was accomodating, coming in earlier than the 9am operations of the reception to assist me in my check in/out. Nice and clean appartment on a quiet street not far from historical center. Kitchenette in our room (for 3 people) was very well equiped. Good for those who want to save some money on restaurants. Good supermarket just around corner. Good location near Prater park and Donau riverside. Very comfortable flat with kitchen (all options - dish washing machine, coffee machine and other goodness) and washing machine for clothes. Very good for family with children. We were a pair of +4 children and was very comfortable. Highly recommended. The apartment is close to Metro and several supermarket are nearby. All stuff we needed can be found. Only see the staff when check-out but it is ok because every indication is quite clear and understandable. Constructors were a bit loud from early morning, but I believe it is just until they will finish with reconstruction of new apartments. For 4 people the apartment is not that big. With only one room (with one double and two single beds), when the children were sleeping we couldn't do anything. But everything else is fine. Only two tiny criticisms. Our pillows weren't very comfortable and could you please include operation instructions for the washing machine. Limited availability of staff, 9am-12nn only. No number to call after 12nn in case of certain needs ie questions about washing machine operations etc. Our daily tours started early & finished late so we couldn't contact staff in the morning. This is normal for apartments, but not very comfortable for some people: free cleaning is only available once in 7 days. We stayed for 5 nights and therefore there was no cleaning - you can order it fot 30 euro though. Also the sofa (and its pillows) needs a drycleaning - it was the only thing in our appartment than did't seem so clean. I like everything. Nothing. Lift is very tiny but it was ok for us. The AC was not working, and two mornings out of three were accompanied by the noise and vibrations of a drilling machine at 7am from the floor below. room charge is a little expensive. wifi problem. small elevator. The location is a bit scary at night. The apartment was not like the pictures sent to us but it was nice as will. Can´t think about anything, but our stay was very short so it is difficult to judge:). Nothing. Nothing special. nothing. Finding the apartment took some time. problems with internet connection. None.
