The correct location of the building entrance is Reznicekgasse 2. Check
in was simple and well-explained in an e-mail that was sent to us a
couple of days prior to arriving in Vienna. We got the apartment that we
requested and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us on the kitchen
table. The next day we met the managers of the building in an office
that's located on the street level of the building, but is on
Liechtensteinstraße 88. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and we paid

Apartment was very clean, completely renovated and equipped with everything for a normal living. We stayed for two nights and next time, for sure I will ask for the same apartment.
They have fully automated check in/check out process that saves a lot of time.
Staff are so friendly, I contacted them by phone and e-mail, They replay so fast, and they gave us code from a security box 2 days earlier then a scheduled time.
Strongly recommended!!.
Stuff was extremely helpful and had a warm welcome when arrived.
Apartment was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped and the electric appliances were brand new!
You get the Tram D line in 5 min walking distance and the U4 in 10!
Super Market I also located in 5 min walking distance (next to the Tram Line)
Restaurant in the next block is also perfect for dinner.
The City Rooms is new designed and decorated, live there like living at home. Our appartment is a 2 bed rooms' suit. Kitchen is with enough equipments for cooking and the bathroom is clean. It locates close to the transport center, No.5/33 tram are easlily bring you to Josephen Frenze Station to change to No.D which links city center and your address.
For me it was a good chance to stay there. Rooms were clean, stuff was really friendly and helpful, they even gave us Red Bus City Tour tickets as a gift without chargin money. Also a bottle of wine left in a kitchen from the administration was very nice. Rooms were the absolutely the same that was offered at letsbookhotel.com.

Although it is not that close to the subway station, it is very easy to go to the city centre by trams.

The appartment was clean, nice, and big enough for our family. Was not too far from the center, it was possible to walk. The owner was polite and offered to charge less because we did not receive exactly the appartment we booked.

The apartment was nice. Decent sized room, quite new and comfortable.
It's moderne.
- The building was going through some external renovations and it was
getting loud around 9 am; no iron and blow-drier, but that's
typical for apartment rentals; really tiny elevator; the mattress was
brand new but hard as a rock.
You will get scared in the beginning cause the building is really old.
Elevator is really small and there is no access to people with special needs
Something really small but turned out the pillow was not letting me have a good sleep and the bed was too hard for my taste. Get your pillow with you :).
You need to get the password of the safe box beside the gate in advance. We didn't get it from email and can't reach the owner during noon time by phone, so it made us a little bit nevious. Anyway, some of the staff pick-up our phone and let's know the password finally.
There is no reception and, therefore, all the communication to the staff has to be done through the Internet or phone. They do not work on weekends, so it is difficult to solve any doubts/problems if you are staying in this period.
We just stayed there for the weekend and, because of that, I wasn't able to make the payment at the end, so they are going to charge at my card later. It's incovenient if you need to split the costs with someone else.
In the letter was written that we will receive tickets for sightseeing and a gift - i dont receive anything... in this case is better to delete this from your text to guests. Communication with owners was throught phone. The payment in check-out is not clear. They will charge money from my card.
The apartments work with a key in a little safe by the door. This system needs improvement, because it did not really make us feel very safe.
The street is busy, so in warm weather, opening the window makes the apartment noisy. When closed, the windows keep out most of the noise.
Just washing machine is missing.
No info of open wineries to visit. The taxi driver overcharged, he
was from the cozo rooms. No info on water heater that almost blew up.

The building from the outside isnt nice, very old, but the appartment was nice, pity that first impression was negative. There is no parking, have to part on the street or in a parking lot. There is no hair dryer, terrible when I did not bring mine, in all my photos I look awful. The kitchen is equipped with the minimun, more would be nice, and there is nothing for cleaning.
- the heanting sistem did not work and they didn't do anithing about it
- they need to put curtains beacause through those they have the workers from the outside could perfectly see, and it is uncomfortable
- they had one extra pillow, but we were 3 people, and no extra cover for the pillow.
Last night at our apartment hot heater out of function!!!.

Contact person from COZA Rooms Vienna ignored my phone calls and my mails, while we was there.
TV was there but didn't work.
There was less towels than reported persons.
There was no heating, and it was cold and windy weather.
Extremely small elevator. Construction going on. The girl in the office
couldn't speak or understand English and the manager did not once
come and meet us. I called her and told her id like to pay in cash she
said leave it in the apartment. Very poor service. Only the apartment
was nice rest was all poor.
The Bildung is so bad.
