Hostel is new. Staff is friendly and patience to answer you any question. Rooms are very clean and you don't have to pay for cleaning, like in most other hostels(up to 45e). Beds are comfortable, and when u come tired from city sightseeing you will sleep like a baby :). Our roommates were young and friendly, so u don't have to worry about that u will get robbed or smth(you can get free lockers too). Metro station is 3-4 mins from hostel and it's line u1, so u can get to the most important spots.
all reviews » The staff was great- they speak wonderful English and decide client's problems as soon as possible. When we arrived it turned out that my booking was not in their system and I thought that it would result in spending a night outdoors but they immediately coped with the problem- we booked a room for 2 and the staff just gave us a room for 4 and we were the only people who stayed at that room). For the price and "hostel" category, the property is still new and comfortable. It is a 10 minute walk to the U-bahn and then 4 stops to Stephansdom. Around the area of the Reumannplatz U-bahn are eateries and shops, so it is not located in an isolated place. Underground parking at Euro 10/night is reasonable. There is also a Park & Ride at Reumannplatz that could be an option. The rooms have very good conditions, the beds were confortable, and the room was clean. The staff is very friendly and it tries to help you if you have any doubt of something (from hostel issues to nightlife). You pay 3,80€ for breakfast, but for me, it was worth the money. You have a bar in the lower floor when you can meet some people from other countries and grab a drink. I like best about the staff. They were very understanding and they accepted to keep my luggage and some personal belongings even after I left the hostel for a few days. The rooms were very clean, cosy and comfortable. Noone should have a hesitation to stay here. It's not in the downtown but very close to subway and iy doesn't take long to reach downtown. For this money and for Vienna its very good hostel. I like room it was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Also I had only one neighbor it was good for me:) And you can take a breakfast there just for 4.85 eu unlimited food. Lacation not far from metro 5-7 min by walk and 7-10 min to the center by train. Of course, I would recommend this hostel. It is a nice budget place to stay. One bus away from Wien Meidling (bus 7A), half km walk from Reumannplatz U-bahn. The bar at the basement is convenient and very budget friendly especially their happy hour €1/drink. They've got a lift. Clean and new rooms with good security. Everything was very good, we stayed there one night, it was very clean, the bed was fantastic, location not far, staff very friendly. Especially the receptionist Corina Kotulek, very good friendly and helpful girl! Don't think about choosing this hostel, it's like a hotel!. this is the best hostel i had tried during this time's two week's travel. The hostel is brandnew, and everything in very good condition, clear. You can treat this as 3 star hotel instead of hostel. Even you can have lady and boy or mix room, so many selection. The courtesy of the staff is at the top, the place is really cozy and it welcomes you already entering in the hall. The rooms of 4 people are perfect, the bathroom extremely clean and well furnished. It is brand-new and recently renovated, so it is perfect!!!. Very clean, friendly staff, location is ok (10 min to the city center with the underground). Remember to bring a towel with you if you can (or rent it there for 5 or so euros) They don't accept credit cards, bring cash! Overall it's good value for money!. Everything was really perfect. The lounge was great and the bar downstairs had a lovely bartender from Barcelona, which speaks 5 languages. The room was very clean and had a bathroom inside. It's the best hostel I have ever stayed in and the prices are more than fair. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was nice and comfortable and the location of the hostel is also good there are many public transport stops in the nearby like trams,buses and metro. I can only recomend the for everyone . I will attend this place each time I'll visit Vienna. First night no very welcome staff in my arrival to the hostel. But everything was a good later. Price on letsbookhotel.com was 10 Euro per 6bed dorm, in the hostel costed same one 15 Euro. (?) It wasn't very correct. my parents who stayed there were really excited bcs the Mohamed from reception didnt complain about their english :) my mum is studying just few months and she was happy he was speaking slowly and was nice to her :). The hostel is very good. The staff is very kind. In the hostel is clean and comfortable. The location is very good - near the metro station. Only 4 stops to the center. There is a cheap breakfast with not bad quality. For me it was a very quiet place except for the snorring friends in the room. Everything was great. The thing I loved most of all was the bar, which was small, and forced everyone to get to know eachother. The bar tender was also great at getting people to talk to eachother. The staff was really nice and kind. The rooms are clean and confortable and the hotel is beautiful and they have a lot of very useful and confortable common zones, perfect for young travelers :). I liked the design and layout of the hostel, from the individual night light to the design of the toilet paper holder. Also, as a pianist, I am happy to say there was a piano available to play. Close enough to the most south metro station, from which it's possible to get to anywhere interesting. It's clean and organized. Crew is kind. Wifi in the lobby (only). Comfortable beds, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms and facilities of leisure. You will absolutely feel at home in this hostel. Such a lovely place. Nice friendly staff, no problems with english; you can easily reach metro station on foot; clean. My 4-bed room was quite spacious, with 2 chairs and a table. The staff were excellent, they were as helpful as in a 5 star hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. The train was quick to the city - just a few minutes. bathroom in the room was unexpected but very good facility) everything was clean and new. location is not very good but not so far from the city center. Recently new and rooms were spacious in the 4bed dorm. Lockers available for hire. Out of the main city but near an area with loads of eating options. Though a little far from the main sight seeing places, it is near the subway station and has a good value of money. It is very clean and comfortable!. We were two couples travelling together and it was great to order the dorm guaranteed just for us. They are so friendly and they were so clean ı felt like ı am at home. The hostel was very big, clean, efficient. Washing machines and dryers in the basement. Breakfast available for extra payment. There is no fridge in the room, but for this price that is not a big minus :). It was really hard to use Wi-Fi- it took me half an hour to get connected every time. The breakfast is not worth the money. The price for adults and small children are the same. You can only access the wi-fi in the lobby, but if there are 4 or 5 people connected to it, either the Internet is super slow, or you can't connect at all. The hostel says that it has kitchen, but don't count of it, you can only use the microwave, and they don't have any forks and plates (!!). No wifi in rooms. Slow wifi in the lobby. It's great for what you pay! But hostel is a hostel if you are unlucky with your roommates:). The announced WiFi is extremely poor, only one router in the common area is, obviously, not enough. The walls were thin so I heard a lot of noise during the day, but there was a quiet time at night that seemed to work out well. Internet doesnt work in the rooms and at the entrance hall it works but the quality depends on the number of people over there. Very basic. E.g. no towels. When I was there the WIFI was down, the receptionist said it will be fixed by tomorrow, but I checked out before that. You can't cook. You can't even just go and boil water for yourself - though staff will do it, if you ask. Wi-fi only in the hall, but signal is steady. Finding the hostel from the metro was difficult although it is only about 500m. The doors slamming from other rooms kept you awake. The lockers were to small for a pack and would only fit a certain size case side on. No internet in rooms. The wifi connection is "terrible", though it is mentioned that we can only use the internet in the public area, but for such a big hostel this is really inconvenient, each time you need to go downstairs. everythings great. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. The man at the reception was in such a bad mood. Bad service especially for a backpackers which should be full of enthusiasm to meet greet and give advice on places to visit and where to park for free etc. Internet had some problem if they fix it there is no problem. A little bite far away from the metro, first time used more than 45min to find it, but later is fine. If u want to connect Wi-Fi, the only way is to go the reception area, which is not convenient!. Wifi only in the reception, not in the rooms. I have to put the bed sheet in by myself at night so it was a bit annoying to the others people when they are sleeping. No towel, you will have to pay for the price of 2eur or 4 eur. i stayed there in August and it was so warm in the rooms because no air conditionned. Impossible to practice the violin. Location is not rather good but price beats this small disadvantage. untidy roommates (not the hostel's fault). It lost the feel of a hostel, lacked friendliness and the staff although pleasant were not very knowledgeable.
