These new and bright apartments are very quietly located in the Alte Donau recreation area. The centre is an 8-minute metro ride away. The AJO Garden is just 1 metro stop away from the UN organisations and the Donauzentrum Shopping Centre. The property provides a free city map and a metro plan and offer all guests a welcoming gift upon arrival. The completely furnished self-catering apartments offer free WLAN and LAN access. Each apartment has a complete kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided, and there is a washing machine for common use. You can make free use of the large terrace and the garden or enjoy walking and biking along the Alte Donau. Free public parking is available close to the AJO Garden.

Immensely convenient for the UNO City (it took me under half-an-hour to walk). Very clean, modern facilities, with reliable wireless broadband. The landlord is extremely helpful and speaks excellent English for those of us whose German is substandard. There is a Billa nearby for food shopping, and the Donau Zentrum (10 mins walk) provides a range of eating and shopping opportunities. Mr Wagner was very helpful, and the apartment was clean, fitted with all necessary features, good value for money and nicely located...in a quiet spot close to the Danube but also within easy reach of shops and (quick) transport to the conference centre and into the city centre. I will returjn. .

The property is reachable via phone Monday - Friday (working days) from 09:00-21:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available against a surcharge, on request and upon prior confirmation from the hotel only.
