I reserved the apartment in the day of arrival and hour later was able to take the key. Also I mistaken the number of guests when I reserved - and the lady running the house did not made any problem. The apartment is very comfortable - Austrian standard. The room was situated on 1st floor, just in front of the parking so if you need more privacy - ask for the others.
