friendly front desk staff. The desk staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Staff is very polite and helpfull. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast.Staff were great. Incredibly helpful and well mannered. Nice and helpfulf employees. We chose this hotel because of the price and because it was in airport area (our flight next day was early at 7:05a.m.)The hotel itself was fine, but we took taxi from the Apt andto the Apt because it seemed difficult by walk,then taxi cost 15euro and the next day 13. We paid 78 for hotel(without breakfast) so maybe could have stayed NH hotel just in front of the Apt I think costs around 110euro...

It was very conveniently located for Vienna airport.Ease of access to airport,overall hotel value for money. Breakfast. it is a good hotel near the airport which is just 10 minutes drive... but nothing to do in the surroundings... Didn't like distance from train station. Our room was noisy-right on the street ,good bit of traffic during muchof the night. It was hot, no ac, not much ventilation. Desk staff gaveme incorrect info about where the gas station was. She also reallymisinformed me about the location of the train station. We got off atthe mannsworth train station we were in the middle of nowhere at anindustrial park with no idea where mannsworth was. My room was pretty small. It's alright though because I am used to staying in hostels. However, compared to a "cheap" Marriot or Days Inn in the USA, the room was about 2/3 smaller!. Except for the location,it was fine. Room was clean,not so small. NH hotel that I referred above, we saw it just in front of the airport but according to the information on web site 16min to the Apt,maybe not possible to cross the street by walk.....?. old furnised rooms. toilet was not properly maintained. in every double room should be 2 bath wrap. The location next to a huge refinery plant. It was rather hot when we were staying and there was no way to get our room cool. No dedicated disabled parking spaces.Air conditioning not working so hardly slept all night. Noisy. Hotel was supposedly 4 star yet idn't have a/c in the room. Not much inthe way of complimentary toiletries. The terrace restaurant overchargedthe meal and when it was brought to their attention, they didn't offerto change the bill. At check out they charged a higher room rate, aswell as for breakfast that I didn't have. Carpets are old/worn. Bookingmentioned a shuttle -- no such thing. Not really close to the airport, unless you catch a 14 EUR taxi, the train station is a good 20 minutes walk away through a heavy industrial estate. They put us in a twin room where one bed was the couch, even though we booked a double, so they moved us to a smoking room. The place was being renovated so couldn't open window properly. Overpriced bar, rude reception.
