We loved the staff, the Spa facilities, the perfect situation (nearby all shops and the cable to go up)...the entertainment in the evening (piano, other), the cosy living area downstairs, our room (clean & comfortable)...great hotel!!!. Nothing to like. N/a. The staff was extremely rood and frustrated. The bed was uncomfortable, the room very crowded but the furniture was not such a big problem like staff attitude. The pool was a joke! the indoor pool was less than a bathtub and the sauna effect made the people inside to sleep and look really strange. The breakfast is zero if you don't eat 'wurst'. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
