The hotel is charming; service outstanding. Just 10 min walk to ski lift. Very nice food served at both breakfast and dinner.The food is excellent and the staff really helpful. It was a shame that there was no jacuzzi/whirlpool in the hotel spa - but it seems that this is the norm in Austria.Service in the restaurant tends to be slow and the breakfast buffet hasa habit of running low unless one is very early! Clearly the expereienceof finding they had no record of a booking confirmed with you was adisappointment. My feeling is that the fault lay with them from the waythey reacted. Perhaps you could check this out!.
