The hotel was fine. Unlike your website review of this hotel, they donot have wired internet for use by hotel guests but they do have securewireless or as secure as it can be where the security code is providedto whoever needs it. The wireless connection was fast and was usedwithout a problem. It was very well located for trains,to vienna city centre and close tothe airport and had a free bus to transport people stayiong at the hotelto the airport.very friendly and helpful staff .all reviews »

Heard everyone from the corridor, not very nice if you are not that kind of person who doesn't wake up for any noise.Noise from party during the night. no telephone in the room and it is a little pit away from the public transportation ( Underground station). there were 2 buses with tourists staying at the hotel that night - noisy till late at night. the employees should be more client oriented; I did not know that there was no restaurant for dinner; I thought that the hotel was closer to the airport;. not very punctual with the shuttle... No internet connection in the rooms. Only one power socket.bed too firm, seat of desk chair slashed. I would appreciate more English-language cable TV channels.
