  We stayed at the 4 apartment – we were very satisfied, the apartment was big and roomy had all the facility needed in very good condition, all the necessary kitchen equipment, Wifi, Cables TV, lovely view from the apartment, few Supermarkets minutes away by car.   Our holiday in Appartements-Ferienwohnungen Monika Hölzl was a delight, one of the best that we spent in austria. Everything it's a pleasure: position, the amazing view of the mountains, serenity, sunbath on the terrace, refreshing air, amability of the owners. Mrs. Monika is always ready to help with advices about surroundings and events. In few... what people say » minutes one can reach Innsbruck or other nice and interesting places. Our recommandation: one stay at least ten days to enjoy the beautiful landscape - The hosts Monika and Ludwig were so kind and thoughtful and couldn't do enough for us. Little extras like fresh flowers and welcome cake and a surprise birthday cake and card for my husband. The bedding and other linen laundered to perfection. The views from the verandah were magnificent. The food in the village restaurant was delicious and value for money with friendly service.

  Amazing hospitality. Made you feel like you were home. They spoke english but indulged me in practicing my German. The hotel is situated outside of Innsbruck on the way to Stubatail Glacier about 30 mins to the ski fields and only 10 mins to Schlick. We hired a car to drive to the ski fields but there are buses readily available. The food at the r... what people say » estaurant was great. Ate there every night. The breakfast was good but basic - enough to keep you going until lunch time. - The hotel is owned by a family, all family members are very nice. There are very nice views in the town. I wish we would stay longer. It's not enough for one night.

  Nothing more to add. One of the best we have ever seen We sure come again. Special greetings to Mrs. Andrea. Family Pechar from Prague and Malta - Staff were all very helpfull and friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Good range of food for breakfast.
