They are quietly efficient and discrete while also being there to help when needed. Most (although not all) of the staff appeared to speak a number of languages including English.   The lady that attended us was a little funny, but very nice. :) We woke up past breakfast time but she still served us regardless and the homemade Muesli was very delicious. :) - Martha was a wonderful welcoming host into her wonderful house. With alpine setting just out the back door it is easily a great budget choice for the avid traveller!!!

  The hotel is lovely, the deluxe room is very comfy and has a very modern bathroom which was great. The lady who owns it is unbelievable, she is fantastic and will help you out whenever she can. I hurt myself so couldn't walk, without her help my holiday would have been ruined. Every time we needed something she pulled out her Mobil and got it sort... what people say » ed.
