The location is in central position in Sydney China Town area. Easy to get any kind of foods, and close to all attraction in Sydney (CBD, Darling Harbour). Every apartment unit have small kichenette so you can cook. Our unit is Family studio, the space is spacious and can accomodate 2 adults with 2-3 children. If the price for apartment with 2 bed rooms is very expensive for you then this family studio is good alternative.
all reviews » The rooms were large and clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here. I loved that the staff were so friendly and allowed us to check in earlier than planned.. I felt welcomed and not at all did I feel like i put anyone out. I put that down to exceptional staff. The room was perfect, thank you so much for making me and my friends welcome. Able to get a good rate through letsbookhotel.com. Most of the family was sick so we were in our room a lot. Close to almost everything. Never used the car after arriving,as you can walk to everything. Food via room service was good, and the price wasn't too high. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We used the pool and gym and enjoyed the facilities. Our room on the fifth floor was very big (family studio) and we could see the fireworks over Darling Harbour from the balcony. Location was a big plus (close to Chinatown and Darling Harbour), family room was large enough for us and our two toddlers loved the balcony. Needing an extra bed which was delivered quickly and setup very efficiently. The hotel was close to China Town,city and Darling Harbour. The room was very comfortable, the twin queen sized beds suited our needs as we had our two grandsons travelling with us. It was a great location. Very helpful and very keen to make sure your stay is a comfortable one. And the beds were extremely comfortable too. Bathroom faucet was older design. Decor was plain and a little bland. Not much food in mini bar. Quite expensive $370 for one night ... What for?. - The wifi did not work at all (Room 217) - The sauna did not work - The spa was cold on the 2nd night of my stay - There were no bowls, plates or cutlery even through my room had a kitchenette. no cooking utensils in the kitchenette. water pressure in shower wasn't the best and was also a very noisy tap. being picky, but tiolet a bit far from bedroom!. Everything is expensive in Sydney. 1 bedroom suite was tight. Breakfast room is very dark and not so nice compared with the room. hot water ran out fast. *Room looked and felt tied - needed a fresh paint *Noise from street (3rd Floor room) *Expensive Dining in motel with very small meals. Eg Prawn Cocktail had only 4 prawns in it! Breakfast was poor quality and tasted the same. Tried both meals once and then ate out after the experiences. Parking , limitation of Wifi to only 1 device. Nothing. The pictures on letsbookhotel.com did give us a false impression of the room. However it did look exactly like the raddison's pictures. Nothing. breakfast little bit expensive. Lounge was a bit uncomfortable. - no bath tub. No negatives about Hotl so far but will visit again in next 2 weeks to check out consistent service levels. nothing. Spa in guest pool room was not hot on first day of stay, told maintenance guy had gone home and hopefully tomorrow it will be fixed. no self parking but only valet, which is slightly inconvenient. The view from the balcony. Staff member on the front desk was obviously fed up with tired people at check in asking stupid questions. Her inpatience was clear and made me feel an idiot. expected more for our money. pillows were not comfotable. n/a.
