it was very well set up regarding kitchen, soap in the washrooms, etc.. and it is really close to the beach!. Location .....pretty much everything :). Friendly and helpful staff, management, close to beach, bus, ferry, shops. Lock up luggage store area. Right in Manly Town and close to the beach, easy walking distance to eateries and shopping. Location is very good Kitchen area was nice.

Nothing. it was quite loud, a lot of other travellers were partying in their rooms or right outside the window. No room for luggage in rooms, limited hot water in showers, ran out by 10am. No frills set up. Can improve on cleanliness. Rooms were too hot and then too cold (depending on night). Noisy. Hard beds. Noisy. Poor cleaning a lot of things out of order. rooms dirty staff did not offer towels or blankets. had to ask for them kitchen tables just plain wood, not suitable for preparing food. kitchen dirty no cups but office closed andunable to get any. Took ages to check in. Checked in at 3, employee told us he'd bring our linen up sometime in the afternoon. We went out at 4 and came back at midnight and no pillows or sheets. Poor service, very uncomfortable and overall not a good experience. When we told the worker on check out she didn't really care.. Cleanliness or serious lack of. Had to clean our own room before we could settle in. rooms cleanliness value for money. not quited. Many people party'ing, drinking beer and smoking weed on rooms or balkony. Very noise every night till very late. Bed are crappy and have very old mattresses. No wifi. Worst hostel ever. Toilets and bathroom very dirty, room as well... No space for my clothes. There stay roommate long time propably, they have a lot of staf..there I will never stay more. very very dirty smelly floor toilet so dirty i would not come back again in that apartment room cold no heater. Everything else. The place was dirty, messy, cockroaches everywhere, no professionalism or respect, way too noisy, smoking near bedrooms, uncontrolled behaviour from other backpackers, poor facilities and uncomfortable beds, just terrible. I was in a filthy female door with no ladder to the top bunks and had groups of drunk en pounding on the door in the middle of the night trying to get in. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful.
