  I loved the friendly helpful staff. Location was excellent so easy to get anywhere. Room was very clean and comfortable. One of the best hotels I have stayed at at this level. Obviously not 5 star but a very well run establishment. Best was the lovely friendly and helpful staff. Can't thank them enough. Issue with showered was solved within 5 minutes. - It's situated right in city centre, very convenient to shop and get access to any food you want. Staffs are friendly and helpful, sometimes they even offer candies n chocolates to guest while waiting at lobby and my kids love it. The room is decent and comfortable though it looked old. Breakfast spread is the same everyday but its decent and tasty, nothing to complain about.

  on arrival staff were very pleasant & helpful especially for helping us with parking given that the hotle parking was full, the room was comfortable although the furniture setting seemed out of order, we did move the furniture (poor feng shui) to make it more comfortable for our stay. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.The rooms are well maintained. I love the meals "food to go" that can be purchased in the motel that can be either delivered to your room, or eaten in the lounge area.

  Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.

Our room is cleaned daily and the staffs are really helpful in providing helpful information; directing my husband and I to take the (free) Blue Cat bus to go to Woollies (Woolworths) instead of driving and having to pay parking fees.

  You kindly ungraded us from an executive room to I think a Junior Suite. Timing was wonderful as I was up for day surgery which turned out to be a bit brutal. The space and amenities were greatly appreciated.   I found the location very good, its away from the night life on James street, so the noise is less noisy on the weekends!, i actually extended my stay until the 2nd July. The staff were very nice everyone and very helpful :) I would say this is probably the most cleanest and safest backpacking hostel in Perth! I visited other places whilst there, Emp Crown still tops the list and it is value for money. And also ec thank you for granting my request! Esp giving me the room in the women's dorm & lower bunk.

  The hotel is extremely old with many stairs but once into my room I felt really at home. The king single bed was very comfortable. Each morning the bed was made up completely ie: they didn't just straighten the sheets and leave the bedspread off, as they do at many hotels I have stayed in.   I arrived at the hotel at 6.30 am in the morning very tired from an all night flight. I explained my circumstances and they were very understanding. They checked vacant/non-smoking rooms and with a bit of discussion they gave me a room on the 10th floor with a wonderful view of the river. I was so tired I tried to sleep but could not so went and c... what people say » ompleted some business and then had a lovely lunch with a friend and went back to the hotel. I appreciated having a room as I had a lot of luggage and - Beautiful location overlooking Swan River. Easy walk along well maintained gardens to Perth Central . All staff were more than helpful and always smiled when I came back from the pub slightly worse fo wear! The guest laundry faciity was a blessing as I was running out of clean clothes quicker than expected. The business centre was useful to me too. Breakfast was plentiful with a varied choice (far too much for me!). The eggs benedict were a treat, I will be adding them to my hotel requirements

The room was beyond impressive with plenty of balcony space , a big plus . I've worked in hotels for over 6 years and your staff really did shin - It is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. Our superior 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to the river there is a lovely walk with a playpark for the children. It was pleasant to have a walk and look at the boats on the harbour. You wouldnt have known that you were right next to a highway as it is so quiet and relaxing. The children loved the swimming pool.

  Price and location......even though we had a room overlooking the main road......it was noisy the first night but when we realised there were 2 doors it was fine after that - The location was really close to the beach, the staff were professional and friendly. The property looked very well kept, we enjoyed out stay.
