We rented a 2-bedroom appartment. It was very large, superb, very well equipped (really above all other appartments we had rented up to this point) and just perfect... The staff was very kind and helpful. Late arrival was no problem. The price is very reasonnable for what you get. i liked that you could walk into the main tourist street and enjoy the atmosphere and beach access was through the arcades on to the other side of the street. Didn't have to get in the car to find a variety of dining or breakfast. Unit was modern.

The apartment was large and well appointed with basic kitchen necessities, including a washing machine. The complex was quiet and set back from road, pedestrian and restaurant noise. All staff greeted us with a smile, very friendly and helpfull. Great location with Aromas on the door step with outstanding coffee, food etc. Excellent value for money. Friendly helpful and responsive staff. The resort is beautifully laid out and very central to Hasting St. The rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom. We stayed just one night, the place (and Noosa) is worth more time than that !!. i walked up through the underground car park and after passing the first reception sign, i couldn't see the next sign and there were 3 ways to go. Please put a sign in the garden. We didn't like leaving. The pool was noisy with the kids but with the balcony doors closed, this shut out alot of noise. We were too delightfully taken back with everything that there wasn't even time to notice anything else!. Wifi does not work properly in every building. We were lucky that from our room it worked fine. The pools are well suited to families with small children but not for people who would prefer a larger, deeper pool suitable for actual lap swimming. The very tiny wardrobe (less than 40cm hanging space) that didn't even hold my husband's shirts with no extra drawer space. The rest of the unit was so spacious, why not use some of that space for a small dresser. We were reduced to leaving our clothes in our bags on the floor for the week and I do not like that. it rained ;-(. Does not have its own restaurant if you want breakfast. The restaurant in front facing the street is expensive as are most of them here. Be aware if using GPS to find them that although address is Hastings Street, the access is from the road behind them via their car park. Screaming kids in the morning playing in the pool. WiiFii was only available in around the pool & reception area. Price per night. Nothing. no complaints. no view from our balcony. felt a bit claustrophobic. The room could have been cleaner. For example, I don't think the mattress had been vacummed in quite a while. Lots of dust around the bed area. Stay was too short!. The price of the apartment was expensive for a room with no view. Nothing. Conflicting information regarding breakfast. We would told on check in that breakfast would be $17.50 for each person, however my confirmation receipt for the booking clearly stated that breakfast would be $15.00 and i was told that by your central telephone reservation staff. The check in lady (on 1 June 2013, at approx 2.00pm)insisted it would be $17.50 per person and that central reservation for the sebel were incorrect?. Room had no view looked at the wall of the building next door. Looking a bit dated. No view. Not much really, maybe a little too expensive but isnt everything in Noosa. Very difficult to find the main entrance especially since I had a vehicle. Booking information could have given some directions. finding the resort if arriving by car. the address on the booking sheet is impossible to find if you are driving (and how else would you get to noosa?). there is no car access to the address given on the booking sheet or the hotel website. once inside the resort it is also difficult to navigate between all the buildings that look the same. Knowing where the actual car park was when arriving and how to get to reception. The room was not a "Room with a View". I thought the T V channels could be up graded or increased. Height of glass shelf in shower (kept hitting head) Only one towel rail in bathroom. Our pay tv did not work so with the kids that was a little disappointing. That's the only thing. Not a lot of entertainment for kids. no control of loud guests late at night or early sunday morning. Comfortable room but could do with some updating of decor soon. narrow carpark spaces. All the gates and the fact that the building is so close to the beach but had no view of it. Lack of flexibility to agree to a later check out. Our room was not serviced one day and the following day we had to aske three times to have it serviced. Taking into account we were only there for four nights this was very disappointing.
