We loved the shower. It was the best we've ever had. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The motion sensor lighting in the halls were a great idea...very eco-friendly and also it meant no bright light spilling under the door into your room at night. Free wi-fi was a great help and they stored our luggage after check-out at no charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room service quick and friendly,Excellent food,delightful and happy waitress in restaurant. We had a busy few days and it was good to get back, kick off our shoes and relax. Room was large enough with a queen bed which was comfortable and so were the masses of cushions (4!). Extra sofa and table. Great big LCD (Plasma?) TV screen with perfect reception. Mini safe & bathrobe + generous with hangers. Nicely stocked mini bar. Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. The heavy curtains when closed blocked all light, important as i had to be up early, and the window opened, allowing fresh air to flow in. I wish i had time to explore the pool area and cocktail bar. Welcoming staff on arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect size for us and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant meals were delicious and worth every penny.The whole hotel was lovely. We would definitely stay here again!. I liked the location, the friendly and helpful reception staff, the facilities in the rooms (bedroom tv etc). Can we please have toilet rolls!??Also please check dates on food items left in units, some were out of date. Fluorescent light in bathroom is too dark. Should have at least a 100W globe. Felt more like a 10W globe. The bathroom was a little cramped but i travelled alone so it wasnt really an issue, and my ground floor room faced out onto carpark where a few noisy people came home late. I have stayed in an upper level room previously which did not pose this problem. Bar prices were high $6 for a beer! Staff charged my credit card twice but rang me and advised. Carpark a bit dark at night. Cleaners were a little slack: bed made but no sheet change, towels replaced daily despite us hanging them, mini bar was not replenished daily and floor was not vacuumed daily. The room lacked a coffee table, and I felt the room service left a bit to be desired. The bed wasn't made properly and a bin liner wasn't replaced in the bathroom after being emptied. I think the person was only new. Room good but you could here next door ,early shower could be heard and wake you up. Didn't get clean towels each day. Room was very stuffy which meant having a window open throughout the day. Nothing. Expensive breakfast and I found a piece of glass on the floor where I walked that had been missed by the cleaners. Minor once had dirty glass ware. N/A. The prices of the mini bar were very high for the items and therefore did not eat/drank anything. Parking too dark and open around the back unless right outside the rooms which was very limited. location is isolated; pretty much need drive to anywhere you want to go. No electric blankets Older style noisy reverse cycle heater. Small bathroom. All good. clock radio us. The reception on fox was not up to scratch as it was not possible to watch sport of any kind. Nothing. Nothing. The onsite restaurant isn't open on Sunday. However Maunka shopping district is only few minutes away. Maybe the hotel can offer some basic food such as toasted sandwiches for tired travellers. We were disappointed that when we called room service on the Sunday it was not answered on two occasions. We only needed some milk however it could have been an emergency and that is a real issue. Constantly being awoken by housekeeping!. I arrived at the hotel around 14:10 but the room was not ready and had to wait for another 20 minutes. No AFL on Foxtel. Needed a car as a fair way out from city. Used local buses which were not bad. No clothes dryer in laundry. going arond in circles trying to find where we were going to and not quite enough signage. Restaurant staff friendly but a bit abrupt. The prices of the mini bar. Nothing to speak of. Birds in swimming pool. The detergent for the bathroom floor is not cleaned off (slimy to walk on) and the aroma is VERY strong - like being locked inside a crate of rose-petals. I awoke with a headache each morning. Because of this it is NO to the next question. No free wi-fi. Donnas on beds in Summer....no Blankets, cotton and wool preferable. Most people in a hotel in your location , ie. not city centre prefer the open window and not use aircond. Better for you cheaper use of electricty.
