The convenience to the club and shops for meals, comfort and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and willing to offer advice on where to go and how to get there. We enjoyed our stay very much. The club next door for meals was fantastic. We didn't have to go looking for meals. Facilities were new and clean, ample for my needs/booking. Im also glad that there weren't any semen stains as had been suggested in a previous review - all in all I have to say the quality of my stay was a pleasant surprise.

Embrace your inner Retro - like being thrown back to the 1970's. If you stay check out the groovy red carpet in the back stairwell. I liked it, room was big, very convenient to the Hawker shops. I'd stay there again. Very convenient to the place where I was woking. Very close to shopping centre with an excellent cafe for breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Ample parking. A large self-contained apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, well appointed kitchenette, spa bath, close to shops and a 15 minute drive from the city centre. The staff always make me feel welcome and are friendly. The Motel is adjoined by the Belconnen Soccer Club, nice meal and relaxation. The space was amazing. the tvs in each room impressed the kids!! the cooking facilities helped cut expenses. great location. Stayed with our two older kids. Spacious rooms and clean toilets. Courteous staff. Value for money. Rooms clean and tidy and warm. The bed was comfortable as well. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location, Staff were fantastic. I booked it for a friend, the location was perfect and the facilities very good. it was easy to get to, not too far from the city. large room with kitchen and washing machine. the staff were very friendly and helpful inside the room was very nice and clean. The room was very nice , clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. We were not give clean towels each day. One evening they were not quite dry. Only a niggle rather than a complaint - chambermaid had no idea how to make a bed - it was like one of the kids had made it. Nothing. did ask for replacement frypan, as i didnt want to use for cooking for kids. but this was replaced immediately. None. A little hard to find. The first couple of nights we had noisy neighbours. There is and interconnecting door which is not soundproof. We stayed for a week and we would have appreciated fresh linen at least once during the week. Lack of power points. 1) the discrepancy of cost. We stayed 3 nights and price. 2) We had a staff member just walk in in the morning while we were having coffee. 3) The alarm next door went off while noone was checked in in so it just kept going off and couldn't be turned off till reception opened at 7 am. Bathroom was a little small. The cleaners have much room to improve. knocking sound in the heater kept us awake. Carpets are looking quite dated. The beds were too soft. I'm a non smoker but the room had a smoke smell. No area for car and trailer parking - we parked in the Hackett shops car park. slow lift. we stayed in the room with disabled access and our bed was made but the glasses were not washed our towels were not changed or hung up neatly the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and were not overly friendly and the shower floor was a large pool of water as it didn't drain well. the place is a bit tired, but not awful. Rooms a little too small. Beds not very comfortable. the entry was blocked by cars parked to go to the soccer club next door i couldnt access the car park the groups of people at the door drinking out of beer bottles and smoking. Price was a bit expensive for us $169 for first night and $195 the second night. No balcony and room overlooked the carpark and was a bit noisy. Alright if you had things to do in the suburbs. Very dated (1970s) interiors including bathroom. No power in my room in the morning. Non working remote control for the television.
