well where do i start straight from making the booking,Tom was on the phone to me within five minutes asking me wether the room i booked was suitable absolute profesional .i told Tom what i was coming over for and he knew i was on the red eye flight and offered me to come straight to motel and drop bags off and he would endeavour about a early check in .The staff could not help me enough and especialy Tom went over and beyond the call of duty .The motel was very clean and very close to everythi.
all reviews » Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast. Very convenient very clean very comfortable. Shame we didn't get time for pool. Short but very sweet stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room Cleanliness Free wifi (a refreshing change after being charged for this facility at the 5 star Sofitel Hotel in Brisbane) Easy access to airport and city. Liked that the room had 3 single beds, was comfortable and had the amenties (cutlery) required, also had it's own ensuite.Very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms very clean and tidy. The taxi services in the morning run excellent software. The yellow cabs send to your room services via sms and also supply with info about cab. Nothing. Noise, the room next door had smaller children and they were making too much noise. The cost of the taxi to the airport. almost clostrophobically small, but fine for just one night stop-over. Nothing really however a outdoor setting at the back would be nice. Cold tea. Very noisy, could clearly hear the conversation the next door neighbours were having. The bunk beds squeaked everytime someone moved. Expensive for 1 nights accomodation, considering how basic it was. Reception and check I was unfortunately unwelcome.my fight was delayed by 2 hours and I informed the owners about this. On arrival when I rang to get the keys the answer was almost rude. The remote control for air conditioner didn't work , so I needed to jump and set up it up in the heights. Noisy in the morning time and obviously no noise insulation. Staff made me pay but did not tell me there was no hot water or foxtel. I had to find out when I went to have a shower after a 6 hour flight. I will never stay there again.
