  We liked the proprietors and staff, Evan; we liked the room, the bathroom, the view, the service; we liked the breakfast buffet which was included, and the restaurant fare and service in the evening were very good. An excellent place to stay. Also, there was a minor mishap with our rental car which the proprietors resolved with great exemplary ... what people say » honesty and care. This is not only an excellent place to stay, but these are good and talented people. - The very nice and knoledegable staff is helpful and v ery very friendly. You feel at hoem - and the porprietor Sebastian is a fantastic chef - try the King Crab - you do not get it better anywehre else - even not in Alaska - you need not go out but enjoy the spectacular view from the hotel restaurant - if possible weather wise

  Helpful & Friendly Staff Great Location, near shopping, restaurants and the port for cruise ships - The location on the main street in Ushuaia was great. Near the port. It was clean and bathroom was nice. It was cheaper relative to the other hotels in the area but still over priced.

  Room was large and modern. Good daily house cleaning. Staff was helpful. It had a basic kitchenette so you can at least reheat leftovers and have cereal. - Good place to stay. Great restaurant. Rooms quite warm but can be cooled by turning down heaters or opening windows. Staff really friendly.

  The reception staff ( I am so sorry to forget her name) is very friendly and helpful, always keeps charming and attractive smile. Especially I found reserved room with a defective heating radiator and droping water, she checked system and ran up-down stairs to fix any other room availability. Finally I exchanged a new room for 3 persons, although ... what people say » I were alone. However, it only took me few minutes and her smile made me cannot be angry always. The hotel location is amost starter of main street in - The desk staff was very friendly, especially Paula who helped me book city tours. The views from the restaurant and my room was simply amazing and the breakfast was good. My Room was tiny but the bed was very comfortable. Location is fantastic (innercity) for visitors who wants to enjoy Ushuaia since everything is at very short and walking distance. Overall, a good choice for me and everybody who is looking for quality stay innUshuaia at affordable price....
