all reviews » The best hotel on our trip! Very nicely decorated, good staff, bar downstairs and situated right in the centre, but not on an extremely busy street, so it was quiet enough. Quiet - we got a room facing the side street. The service is excellent. I was in suite 501, and 201 in the junior suite, very nice views both. The rest is very good too. Breakfast is excellent. Spacious rooms, clean, located at beautiful square near shops and restaurants. Restaurant food (lund, dinner and breakfast) was amazing!. nice big rooms, close to the cathedral and the museum,. The location is great, everyting is on walking distance. The breakfast and restaurant are good and offer a good variety. Location. Location, food at osadia. The elevator stops and leaves 5 cm between floor level and elevator Floor. Easy to trip over or hurt your toe. As happend to my spouse. We could hear when someone flushed the toilet or used the shower in the other room. We could also hear noise outside in the corridor like it was in the room. For those who are very demanding and can't sleep with any noise ... in Suite 501 air conditioning (heat/cold) was a bit noisy, it didn´t particularly bother me. Not all of the staff spoke very well english, swimming pool was too hot for this time a year (spring). Jacuzzi wasn't even filled with water. They tried to let us pay two times the breakfast, they said it was not included in the booking price (although the confirmation of booking said it was), and also in their invoice, it was marked as room w/breakfast and apart of it again the breakfast…really not a nice experience. Staff in general was not very friendly. Price is a bit high. Overdesigned, undersized sink in bathroom is only a minor problem. Pool not heated Hotel not very lived-in: felt a bit unpersonal Expected a bit more of restaurant. Our room was on the first floor, so we had a lot of noice from the busy street. The facilities which the hotel offers were not to our expectation. The jacuzzi was closed and the sauna was seperated by men and women. Not very nice when you want to go to the sauna with your husband. Not clean enough Prices of mini bar crazy. No black out curtains - really annoying as there are large windows !!!.
