friendly helpful staff, rooms quiet and comfortable, restaurant in hotel, good basic meals at reasonable cost available until late, town centre and bus station within easy walking distance. I got all necessary touristic information from the personnel. Thank you for their responsiveness. Location is great. Comfort is average but for this price ok (I stayed at Bungalo). Somewhat hard to find, but once we did, the location turned out to be central. No elevators; breakfast and breakfast service not too good. Over all, it met our needs.

There bed legs were swinging but the matelas was new and comfortable. Though centrally located,it's a bit difficult to find. neighbourhood a little loud! Dogs & cars. nothing. Like most of the town, the streets near the hotel are very rough and wouldn't be a good place for people who have any physical disability. no hot water for the shower, I don´t know if it was broken. We stayed in villas across road. They smell a bit damp as they don't get much sun. There was a barking dog across the street that went on most of the night. There was also a bar of sorts across the street that played very loud music until 3 AM.Earplugs are a necessity here. What a shame, as they have a nice facility. Are there no noise bylaws in Iguazu???. I been in better sometimes the interned decives. TV went off at 11.30; wifi didn't work. No answer at reception (maybe power issues ... though lights still worked). Thin jacquard towels. we stayed in the bungalows attached to the hotel complex. Wooden clad, dark, dingy, broken air con, loads of mozzies. All in all very uncomfortable. I am sure the rooms in the main hotel part would be better. Location is OK but not great. Breakfast is limited. Dirty room and really disgusting (yellow sheets) uncomfortable bed. the rooms were not clean. the sheets were gray and flimsy. the rugs were dirty and had not even been shaken out let alone washed. there were bugs. Cockroaches in bathroom, had to go outside to pick up wifi. Bad smell at room/bathroom. And smelling towel. Damp room. I killed two big cockroach in the room. Before opening room, I should turn off the light first.
