English speaking, friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms are simple but clean and it's very relaxing by the pool. Breakfast was excellent. We would happily recommend this hotel and also recommend that you eat in their restaurant, the Italian food is amazing and the place gets packed with non resident guests in the evening so a good atmosphere. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice and helpful attendants. Excellent restaurant aside. Cosy environment and well located.
all reviews » Spacious room, good breakfast, very nice yard. Location is ok , 10 min walk from busstation downtown. We loved Iguazu. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and pleasant, The restaurant is excelllent. Beautyful Garden with a lot of flowers, nice pool, excellent breakfast, very comfortable rooms. Big rooms, nice pool, good breakfast, close to the city center, helpful staff. Friendly stuff, very helpful, big bufet like breakfast and pool quite cool. Hotel staff are helpfull and the hotel is nice and clean. It was close to Iguazu Falls. Staff were friendly. pool size of room. Good central town location, short walk to bus station whic takes you to the spectacle of the region fairly easily and also connects you to many other places. Nice pool area. Good quality breakfast which offered more than the traditional Argentine selections. . Breakfast was ok and the reception area was quite nice. nothing. Shower was not good...Very low flow, so the water was too hot or too cold. Can be noisy from other guests, bathroom no window outside, floor was dirty with long dark hairs that weren't ours. No safe in room or with reception. Rooms with no cross ventilation, thus the smell of mildew was horrible and I even got sick as I suffer from allergy. It1s ok if you stay one night, but I had booked six !!! The shower was very bad too. Would not accept credit card Bathrooms need an update. breakfast bathroom. The bedroom was a bit tired and internet connection was poor. We had a few power cuts throughout our stay though this might have been the area in general since we saw glitches in other places such as restaurants etc while we were out. . The hotel is a bit dated. The rooms are in need of maintenance - our toilet leaked a little water when we flushed. They eventually changed us to a better room but this was not the first course of action. Not value for money at all. The swimming pool was really dirty. Film of oil on top & feathers floating in it. It wasn't being cleaned, it was stagnant. When we complained the staff virtually ignored us. A couple of staff members were lovely but others have something to learn about the service industry. Considering the price we were disappointed. everything.
