The front desk staff (Miguel) was exceptional helped me book tours at the wineries, was very helpful.   We really liked Hotel Kapac and ended up extending our stay for another two days. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the Wifi and tv were good. The breakfast was excellent (the best we've had in Argentina in 3 weeks). The beds were comfy and the shower was amazing!!! We couldn't use the blind in our room, but they came to fix it immediately... what people say » . The heating was good in the room. - Very good for this price. I could check-in already at 10am. Very good location in the city center, safe area, only a few minutes walking distance from many restaurants and the market hall. Helpful staff, they can book you on excursions, for example on a wine tour.

  The location is great - in the middle of downtown Mendoza. The front office staff was extremely helpful - we had to stay longer because the passage to Chile was closed and they helped us out wherever they could. - Near Plaza Independencia. Clean enough. Staff was helpful and accomodating.
